Pre-Sale Buyouts
Skip the sale. Keep your Saturday.
Before you borrow four folding tables from three different neighbors, let us take a look. We'll make you one competitive offer for the whole lot.
The Real Cost
The garage sale math nobody does.
Everybody remembers the money. Nobody remembers the Thursday.
Two evenings hauling everything up from the basement, out of the attic, and down from the rafters. All of it going right back where it came from if it doesn't sell.
The table situation. You need six. You own one. Now you're texting the neighbor who lent you the ladder in 2019 and you still haven't returned it.
Pricing four hundred individual objects with a roll of orange stickers while quietly wondering what a bread machine is worth in this economy.
The 6:40 a.m. guy. Sale starts at nine. He is here now. He wants your grandmother's dresser for eleven dollars.
Sitting in a lawn chair in your own driveway for nine hours, watching the radar, hoping the rain holds.
Four o'clock. Sixty percent of it is still there. Everything left is heavier than it was this morning.
Then you call somebody like us anyway. We just think there's a faster way to get there.
The Process
How a buyout works.
Step 1
Show us what's headed for the sale
Send photos, or we'll swing by and walk the garage with you. Takes fifteen minutes. No stickers required.
Step 2
We make one competitive offer
We look at the whole lot — the good stuff and the ordinary stuff together — and give you a straight number. No obligation, no pressure, no hard feelings if you'd rather run the sale.
Step 3
We load it and you're done
Say yes and we bring the truck and the crew. Everything goes in one trip and your driveway stays empty. You get your weekend back.
The Lot
What we're looking at.
We're most interested in furniture, tools, antiques and collectibles, working appliances, electronics, housewares, vintage clothing and textiles, records and books — the same things we haul every week. The difference is we're looking before the sale picks it over, which is usually why the offer is worth hearing. We don't buy jewelry, gold, silver, coins, or precious metals of any kind — if there's something like that in the lot, set it aside and take it to a licensed dealer.

No Pressure
Still want to have the sale?
Have it. Genuinely. Some people love the sale, and some items really do find their person at the end of a driveway. If that's you, run it — and call us Sunday evening when it's over. We'll haul away whatever's left, free, same as always. The buyout is just the shortcut for people who'd rather skip to the end.
