A few cookies are needed to keep the site working and to remember your cookie choice. Everything else — analytics and HubSpot's visitor tracking — stays off until you press Accept on the cookie notice. You can change your mind at any time.

These keep pages loading, protect forms from spam, and store whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. They can't be switched off, and they don't track you across other websites.

HubSpot is our customer relationship management system — it's where your photo submission, contact details, and our notes about your pickup live so we can actually follow up with you. If you accept optional cookies, HubSpot may also set cookies in your browser:

• hubspotutk — a visitor ID that lets HubSpot connect the form you submit to the pages you looked at first, so we know what you were asking about.
• __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc — visit and session cookies that count when you arrived, how many times you've been here, and whether this is a new session.
• messagesUtk — set only if we run HubSpot's chat widget, so a chat can pick up where it left off.

These cookies typically last from the end of your session up to about six months. HubSpot processes this information on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. Rejecting optional cookies does not stop you from submitting photos or getting a quote — it only means we lose the page history behind your form.

If you accept, we load basic analytics so we can see which pages help people and which ones confuse them. We use it in aggregate — we're not building a profile on you, and we don't sell any of it.

Clear this site's cookies in your browser settings and the notice will appear again on your next visit, so you can pick differently. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies entirely, and browser "Do Not Track" or global privacy control signals are honored for optional cookies.
